Deadlines

Please see the application procedure for details on how to apply and cover the fees. The important deadlines are as follows:

15 May 2002 Application with abstract (posters or short report)

Send the advance payment of 550 € (about 490 US$) and the copy of the bank transfer by fax to +(386 2) 2355 360. Cheques are not accepted. The rest, 500 € (about 440 US$) must be paid in cash upon arrival at registration. The total amount of 1050 € (about 930 US$) covers everything, including accommodation and all meals. If you wish to send also C.V. and letters of recommendation then send them to the email address chaos-cv@uni-mb.si.

15 May 2002 Normal application

Send the advance payment of 550 € (about 490 US$) and the copy of the bank transfer by fax to +(386 2) 2355 360. Cheques are not accepted. The rest, 500 € (about 440 US$) must be paid in cash upon arrival at registration. The total amount of 1050 € (about 930 US$) covers everything, including accommodation and all meals.

27 June 2002 Late application (after 15 May 2002)

Send the advance payment of 800 € (about 710 US$) and the copy of the bank transfer by fax to +(386 2) 2355 360. Cheques are not accepted. The rest, 500 € (about 440 US$) must be paid in cash upon arrival at registration. The total amount of 1300 € (about 1150 US$) covers everything, including accommodation and all meals.

18 April 2002 Application for financial support

Follow the normal application procedure, including the advance payment, and send an informal application with C.V., list of publications, and two letters of recommendation to the email address chaos-support@uni-mb.si.

27 June 2002 Hotel Reservation

This must be submitted by electronic arrival and reservation form as soon as possible, also by invited lecturers and speakers. After your application, instructions will also be sent to you by email.
